Your initial assessment counselling session (30 mins) is free, with no further obligation on either party. This gives us the opportunity to meet me and ask any questions. You can choose between a face-to-face meeting or a virtual appointment. 

Our initial informal chat will allow us to understand your current situation and the challenges you face. From there, we can decide how best to work together, virtual sessions via Google Meet, or face-to-face in our rooms in Totnes, Devon.
