RATES & TERMS
CONSULTATION TERMS
• Initial Consultation(30 mins) Free
• Individual Therapy £60 per session (50 minutes).
• Payment by BACS in advance
• Hours of Contact 9 - 5 Monday to Thursday. Alternative times maybe available by arrangement.
CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS
If you do not attend without notice, a full charge will be due.
For appointments cancelled on the same day a charge of £30 will apply, although this can be negotiated.
For appointments cancelled and rebooked within 7 days, no cancellation fee will apply.
ALL SESSIONS ARE COMPLETELY PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL and work within UK GDPR legislation.
As a Registered NCS Counsellor my professional code of conduct ensures our consultations are Private and Confidential unless you give written consent for me to talk or write to another person.
EXCEPTIONS TO THIS are:
· If there is a suspicion of child, adult, or elder abuse I am required by law to inform the appropriate authorities.
· Likewise, if the client is threatening serious harm to another person/s I must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
· If we uncover acts of terrorism and or if I am subpoenaed by a court of law.
I would not take the above action without discussing with you in the first instance.
